This is the period for which your site will be kept in our system after your normal term expires.

Please be noted that in this state your site will be in suspended state and will not work. You would need to renew your account to make it live again. Once this period expires, your site gets deleted from our system permanently.

This option enables you to extend the term period of your hosting plan. You can renew your account for 3/6/9/12 months from your control panel. Renewal is done at the existing price of the plan, any upgrades on the bandwidth and disk will be charged extra.

You can at any time get a backup of your filesystem (up to 10 MB) from your control panel. For backups of size more than 10 MB you would need to initiate client side backup which will automatically make a backup copy on our servers. You can then download it using FTP from the address provided.

We may provide a backup service for your website, however, we do not accept responsibility for any failure of our backup mechanism. We may agree to restore a backup of your site that you or we have made, however we may charge a fee for doing so. We may at our sole discretion waive this fee. You are responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your content.
