Changing Contact Information
The Contact Information section enables you to update the contact information for
your domain name.
Please provide accurate contact information and keep it updated. Failure to do so may result in your domain name's cancellation or prevent you from transferring ownership.
Also, you should know that your contact information is available through whois service to anyone. If you want to keep your contact information private, please check the section on Domain Privacy.
In addition to your basic contact information (registrant info), you are required to provide technical, administrative, and billing contacts:
Please note that the contact information cannot be changed for domains that are private or have a pending status. For all other domains, you can change your contact information by the following steps:
Step 1: In the "Domain Management" section click the "Contact Information" link. Following screen will be displayed.

Step 2: Select the domain you want to change the contact information of by clicking the drop down "Domain Name".
Step3: Select the contact information you want to change by clicking the tab for that information. For example, if you want to change the "Technical" contact information, click the "Technical" tab.
Step 4: Provide valid information in all the fields. Please note that the fields marked with "*" are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
Step 5: Click the "Save" button. If you have provided valid information in all the fields, then your selected contact information will be updated.

- Registrant - The person or organization to which the domain is registered.
- Technical Contact - The person to contact in regards to technical questions.
- Administrative Contact - The person with administrative control of the account.
