Prior to joining Limewire, George started, acquired, led, built and/or sold a number of new media ventures. He formed Mediaguide as a joint venture with ASCAP, where he developed and implemented an automated tracking system to help ASCAP better monitor, collect, and disburse payments to rightsholders while simultaneously expanding the royalty base. George co-founded ConneXus?, where he created a revolutionary service that let consumers identify and purchase music they hear on ordinary radio using only their mobile phone. The service received critical acclaim as an important new e-commerce model for traditional media, entertainment and wireless companies. George orchestrated the acquisition of Swiss-based YES International, which he combined with ConneXus? to form YES Networks, whose services make radio and TV interactive and social. As a consultant, George has helped other businesses conceptualize, develop and launch breakthrough technologies, products and business plans for online dating, social media and on-demand software. Prior to his foray into new media, George worked at two DoD think tanks, where he advised the Offices of the Secretary of Defense, U.S. Air Force and other agencies in the development, acquisition, test and evaluation, launch and operation of various national security satellites. George earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, an MS in Applied Mechanics from Cal Tech, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

A native Texan, Jesse holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Music and Jewish Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Lime Wire, he worked as a business analyst for Lime Group and an equity trader at First New York Securities. A piano-playing singer-songwriter, he writes and records original music and performs regularly on NYC stages. He also enjoys running, swimming, biking, and coding.

At Lime Labs Pawan is primarily involved in Operations, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Business Development, Process Engineering and Implementations. Pawan's experience has been a mix of Product Management and Technology. Before joining Lime Labs, Pawan has worked with a multinational specializing in Outsourced Software Product Development and has spearheaded several of their Technology and Process initiatives. He has to his credit several successful national and international implementations.He has rich experience in architecting, developing and implementing industrial strength applications from scratch, in variety of domains like B2B, Social Networking, Retail and E-commerce. Pawan holds a degree of Bachelor in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT-K). He enjoys watching movies and reading in his free time.

John joined the LimeLabs team in 2008, and is responsible for directing and executing the company's overall growth strategy. A web services pioneer, John has been developing and cultivating Internet brands for over 15 years. In 1995, John co-founded ValueWeb, one of the first web hosting services in the US, and rapidly grew the company to become of the largest hosting services worldwide until its acquisition by Affinity Internet in 2002. As VP of Product Management and Business Development at Affinity, John expanded the company's product portfolio to include professional services and application hosting, and secured channel partnerships with companies such as AOL, Costco, Network Solutions, eBay, and Comcast. John led Affinity's growth strategy through 200,000 business clients worldwide, culminating in a successful sale to Hostway Corporation in 2007.

Abhishek is a VP technology at Lime Labs India and is primarily involved in Product Planning, Development, Management and Deployment, Business Development, and Process Engineering.Abhishek graduated from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU), in 1999 with a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering and since has worked mostly with organization developing several products for the finance industry. He has wide range of experience in designing and developing mission critical applications for various enterprises.In his free time Abhishek likes to read books and does stock analysis for Indian markets.
