    "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" offer is only available to shared web hosting products and only if so specified. Dedicated server payments are non-refundable. Domain registrations (including the value of any used free domain registrations included with the plan) are not refundable under any circumstances.     Request for cancellation should be sent within 30 days from the date of purchase of the hosting plan, both dates inclusive.

    In the event of cancellation of the hosting plan under the "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" the value of any discount given at purchase or registration (e.g., "free domain registration") will be subtracted (at the listed price) before paying out the refund.

    You will not be eligible for a refund in case you try to create the same account again or try to host the same domain name after having cancelled once.

    If you have purchased more than one plan, you can cancel only one plan. Rest of the cancellation links will be removed from your control panel after one cancellation.

    Also, if you purchase any upgrade or renew your account, your cancellation term period ends there. You will not be shown any cancel link in that case.

    Request for cancellation can be made using your control panel or can be sent via email to support@limedomains.com or via creating a support ticket at http://support.limedomains.com. You will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Accounts cancelled or terminated by us for violating the usage policy do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee.
